- Prepare financial reports, business reviews and special analysis for Beyond Top Management, incl. Executive Board
- Ensure financial stability, monitor and analyze the P&L and be in charge of the financial opportunity and risk overview in close collaboration with other Controlling Functions
- Monitor and analyze the Marketing budget and General Expenses and participate in the analysis and identification of fields of action
- Coordination of planning and forecasting processes
- Support the coordination, implementation and further development of the planning process
- Roll-up and analysis of regional plan and forecast numbers
- Support of Audit and Compliance topics
- Support of Business Controlling topics especially Sales Controlling initiatives
- Active participation in the planning and evaluation of growth strategies
- Develop, initiate and enforce result-ensuring and improving measures
- Support the change management process with other BDF functions
- Support in analysis of external market data in order to assist countries in making strategic decisions
- Consolidation of external market data & preparing reports for top mgmt. to review
- Adhoc strategic project analysis

任职要求：

University degree
? Relevant job experience in Finance/Controlling
? Extensive P&L knowledge and experience with accounting processes would be an asset
? Experienced user of MS Office, SAP and BI
? Fluent in spoken and written English
? Able to work in dynamic and changing scenarios
? Team player paired with strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
? Strong analytical skills, independent and structured result orientated working method, ability to get things done, “hands-on” mentality
? Persuasive and able to get things done
? Strong own initiative; goal and performance-oriented,
