?Sales performance:
销售工作
In line with product strategy & objectives and assigned cycle or annual goals, primary role is to develop tactics adapted to own district/ territory and translate them into a specific action plan which include customers/KDM portfolio management as well as optimization of resource allocation (Reps & Budget)
该职位的主要任务是:根据公司的产品策略和目标及指定的周期或年度目标,开发适用于本地区或区域的策略,并将其转化为具体的工作方案,包括客户和重要决策人的资料管理,优化资源配置(医学信息沟通代表及预算)
Secondary role is to drive his/her reps team to achieve or exceed cycle or annual sales targets through implementation of the district action plan, in line with allocated resource, promotion guidelines and company policy.
第二项任务:是根据所分配的资源以及公司的推广方针和公司政策,实施地区工作计划,推动他(她)的销售队伍完成或超越周期或年度销售目标。
Third role is to contribute to sales goals achievement and identifying new business opportunities, ensuring action plan update, bring corrective actions if needed.
第三项任务:为实现销售目标做贡献,发现新的商业机遇,随时更新工作计划,在需要的情况下对工作进行调整。
?Accountabilities
责任
Adapted district tactics and action plan development
-For ADM: with support from RM for developing tactics and action plan
-For DM & senior DM: with adapted degree of autonomy.
制定相应的区域策略和工作计划
-助理地区经理:在大区经理的协助下,开发销售策略和工作计划。
-地区经理和高级地区经理:拥有适当的自主权限。
Action plan implementation & follow up
-Team management:
Ensure professional and effective leadership to manage team from recruiting, coaching to Reps development
a. Organize field coaching in line with promotion policy
b. Supervise Reps customer information collection & update and call reporting through CRM to get the most accurate information
c. Monitor Reps activity to ensure it’s in line with both resource allocation plan and promotion policy
d. Follow up / manage district sales & Reps sales performance
-Customer portfolio management:
Maintain/develop district customers portfolio to ensure sales growth. Ensure new prospect deployment.
-KDM management:
Manage directly KDM of city/district CDC to maintain closed relationship* and develop new business opportunities or assign team member to cover some of them but ensure closed follow up. Report or get the information reported in the CRM system in line with promotion policy.

-团队管理
专业高效地领导和管理团队,从医学信息沟通代表的招聘到促进医学信息沟通代表的个人发展
a.根据公司的推广政策,对医学信息沟通代表的进行辅导。
b. 通过客户关系管理系统,指导医学信息沟通代表收集客户信息,更新信息和撰写拜访客户报告。
c. 监督销售代表的工作,确保其与资源分配计划和推广政策一致。
d. 跟踪/管理地区销售工作和医学信息沟通代表的销售业绩
- 客户资料管理:
为了提升销售业绩,保存/完善地区客户档案。进行商业新机遇的部署。
- 重要决策人管理:
直接负责城市/地区疾病控制中心核心决策人的管理,与其保持密切关系,开发新的商业机会,或指派团队成员进行相关的部分工作,但要对其进行密切追踪。根据公司的推广政策,及时向上级汇报,或将信息录入客户关系管理系统。
REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
?College degree or above in medicine or related field
医学或相关行业大学本科或以上学历。
?Good record in profession.
良好的从业记录。
?At least 1 year experience in a similar position preferably in joint venture pharmaceutical industry.
同等职位至少一年以上的工作经验,合资制药行业最佳。
?Good computer skill for Excel, Word and PowerPoint. English reading is a must.
熟练使用Excel, Word及PowerPoint,必须具备英语阅读能力
?Good competence in Customer Service, Plan & Organization, Motivation & Develop Others.
良好的客户服务、规划和管理能力,善于激励和促进团队成员发展。
