Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks 

 The Strategic Project Specialist of SAP Labs China Labs Strategy and Management Team is to support Labs China Management Team in design, drive strategic projects involving topics not limited to Blockchain, Industry 4.0, Corporate Social Responsibility, and other team operational activities, including employees learning, training, innovation, communication & marketing, event organization and internal affairs operations. He/She shall work with other Labs Operation Team members to achieve the goal of team visibility, ensure smooth operation.   

Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks 

·       Be involved in the design and plan of strategic projects, including stakeholder analysys etc. 

·       Lead projects through full lifecycle mobilizing different line of businesses.

·       Support external collaborations with universities, customers, partners, startups. 

·       Support cross-unit initiatives in cooperation with other stakeholders 

·       Supports senior management in monitoring and evaluation of KPIs 

·       Assist in organizing the internal employee activities and other programs 

·       Provide day to day management support and admin support to team members incl. visa application, business trip arrangement, expenses, purchase request etc 

·       Other tasks assigned by manager          

Experience & Language Requirements 

·       Strong working experience in IT product marketing and communication 

·       Proficient with professional slides preparation, excel analytics, and MS Office 

·       Strong execution – good planner and being able to follow through. 

·       Good communication skills (presentation, report writing etc.) 

·       The desire to work in a team environment with a proven ability to be an effective team member 

·       Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment 

 Education 

 §  Bachelor’s degree and above in business administration, communication, marketing, and related
