Talent Acquisition

-          In charge of full-cycle hiring on Contractor/Intern cases, including job posting, CV screening, phone interview, F2F interview, offer communication, onboarding process and so on

-          Support on monthly recruiting data analysis and report generation

-          Monthly probation leave update

HR COM

-          Corporate communication: support on updating media platform such as Intranet, internal email, and other social medias in terms of translation, content drafting etc.…

-          Employer branding: assist in employer award application and promotion activities act

-          Corporate Social Responsibility: execute and coordinate CSR events in planning, promotion and post-event follow ups

Team Admin & Operation

-          Regular PO order application in the SRM system and follow up with payment progress

-          Team PO record and tracking

-          Weekly admin support with meeting room booking and meeting facility

-          Interview room management

-          Other tasks or support upon request

任职资格：

？  Bachelor degree or above, major in business related such as HR, management, would be a plus;

？  Working experience within 2 years, fresh graduate is also welcome;

？  Fluent in English, especially in written English;

？  A team player with good teamwork mindset;

？  Proactive, curious to learn, good communication would be a plus.
