工作职责：
领导应收帐款催收电话会议和会议，包括打电话给客户以确定未付款或未付款的原因以及与企业和其他I2C成员的合作。
对具有重大价值的过期发票进行主动催收，以帮助优化公司现金流并减少DSO。
审查根本原因分析，调查和解决客户争议案件并影响客户付款行为，以帮助确保及时向公司支付。
管理客户账户对账，例如抵销，手动现金申请，承诺付款并向客户提供账户对账单

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead accounts receivable collection calls and meetings, including making calls to customers to determine reasons for non or short-payments and Collaborating with business and other I2C members.
Perform proactive collection on near-due invoices of significant value to help optimize company cash flow and reduce DSO.
Review root cause analysis, investigate and resolve customer dispute cases and influence customer payment behaviors to help ensure payments are made to Dow in a timely manner.
Manage customer account reconciliations such as offsets, manual cash applications, promise to pay and provide account statements to customers
Qualifications

2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting, preferably experience in MNC company
Fluent English spoken and written communication skill
SAP experience is considered as a plus
Strong work ethic, teamwork and ability to work under pressure and organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
