Summary of Role 职位概述:
·Sales support is back office staff who provide daily support to front line sales people. They need to assist sales staff to complete the internal process and provide support when sales people are out of office. With their support, front line people will have much time to develop and serve customer so as to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities 主要职责:
·Responsible for implementation of sales operation process and mechanism;
·Assist GM of each industry to manage sales forecasting;
·Help sales to collect related information for credit investigation;
·Help sales to prepare and deliver sales quotes;
·Help sales on data input to system, apply for credit approval;
·Pass the relevant documents among internal department, customer and vendors;
·Help sales to make contracts;
·Track the project progress until issue payment and update to sales people timely;
·Receive customers in office when sales people are not in;
·Help sales to reserve hotels for their business trips;
·Witness the contract signing (per sales request);
·Help Sales Support Manager, Business Director and GM for sales data statistics. Organize, animates communication and reporting channels between Field and Central;
·Arrange business meetings, including meeting rooms booking and conference call setting, etc.;
·Complete other assignment from Sales Support Manager, Business Director and GM.

·销售外出时,在办公室接待客户;
·帮助销售安排出差时的酒店;
·见证客户签订合同(应销售要求);
·帮助业务总监和行业负责人完成业务统计;
·安排业务部会议、安排会议室及电话会议等;
·完成行业负责人或业务总监安排的其他工作。
Qualifications/Competencies/Experience 任职资格:
Essential 必备条件:
·College or above degree;
·3+ years working experiences;
·Fluent English both in oral and written;
·Good clarity, organization and planning capabilities;
·Strong interpersonal communication skills and sense of customer service, teamwork;
·Proactive, willing to take more responsibilities;
·Integrity, honesty and be able to lead by example to convey corporate culture;
·Reliable, responsive, attentive to detail;
·Action and results oriented;
·Willing to work under high pressure and often take overtime.
·大专或以上学历;
·具有3年以上工作经验;
·英语读写及口语较流利;
·具有较好的条理性、组织和计划能力;
·拥有良好的人际沟通能力和客户服务、团队协作意识;
·积极主动、乐于承担工作;
·正直、廉洁并能够在工作中以身作则传达公司文化;
·可靠、负责并注意细节;
·以行动和结果为导向;
·能够承受较大的工作压力,能经常加班。
Desirable 优先考虑条件:
·Major in trade, finance, legal, financing, marketing or statistics;
·Working experiences in multinational companies;
·Working experiences in commercial operation;.
·贸易、财务、法律、金融、营销或统计专业;
·跨国公司工作经验;
·具有商务工作经验优先。
