Key Areas of Responsibility

1.Supervises team to maintain and increase safety, efficiency and skills and promote a cooperative attitude with subordinates.

2.Accomplishes schedule requirements for internal and external customers in line with appropriate priorities based on strategic plans.

3.Trains, provides clear instructions, and ensures employee understanding of store processes.

4.Provides employees with an understanding of work group and divisional plans, needs, and priorities.

5.Organizes tasks and activities for effective accomplishment of responsibilities and objectives.

6.Completes all required reports, records, and measurements, i.e. store records, payroll authorization, etc.

7.Ensures compliance with Purchasing procedure, Purchasing Ethics, SOX legislation, ISO and corporate standards, Values, audit rules, laws, etc.

8.Get the related task or work done by the appointed time

Required Skills

1.Technical knowledge of process and product technology

2.Knowledge of product specifications

3.Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering.

4.Above 3 years experience of store or warehouse management in a manufacturing environment
