POSITION SUMMARY

This position will be reporting to the Plant Manager in managing the ASUs in XT and the product delivery operation.

The incumbent is accountable for managing and supervising the operations in ASU plant(s) to facilitate attaining all APCI standards and global best practices for EH&S, productivity, reliability, quality, and overall customer services. And meet customers’ satisfaction with reliability, quality and flexibility on product supply.

A primary accountability of this position is safety of all operations personnel. The position facilitate planning, organizing, auditing, and follow up, to build AP safety culture in LASU Operation.

For projects that become reality, the position supports establish the operating organization and support the commissioning activities.

This incumbent coach, advises initiates, facilitates, and motivates LASU operations team to achieve excellences on operations, productivity, reliability, quality, and cost and customer satisfaction.

The position is accountable for identifying, training, and developing the operation team in the plant.

The incumbent will relocate to other site as DPM or PM after the necessary training.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Bachelor degree minimum. Diploma in same as minimum

 5+ years in gas, petrochemical, or related industries in operations and/or engineering or related activities. Preferably 3+ years in line supervision of process operations/engineering.

 Must have extensive coordination experience in a multi team environment.

 Strong ownership, leadership, interpersonal skills and customer relation skill.

 Excellent communication & coordination skills; Able to handle high level communication with customer.

 Wide technical knowledge in gas operations and engineering.

 Fluent oral English and excellent written English

 Good computer skill
