岗位职责：

1. 负责NGS新技术新方法等项目转化落地；

2. 参与流程优化，解决日常实验技术问题；

3. 撰写相关技术文件，如测试报告文件、sop等；

4. 参与实验室日常运营工作。

任职条件：

1. 从事NGS检测相关工作3年以上；

2. 具有一定的项目或团队管理经验；

3. 具备良好的团队协作及逻辑分析能力；

4. 具有专业文献阅读能力，英语口语及业务沟通顺畅；

5. 善于通俗解释本专业问题，具备较好的沟通能力及应急处理能力；

6. 良好的项目计划能力和执行力

7. 具备较强的学习能力和新事物的接收能力，能够承受一定的工作压力。

教育背景要求:

· 硕士及以上，生物技术、生物工程、生物医药等相关专业背景
