Job Profile
- To lead and drive the team to practice Strategic Key Account Management Approach in managing the customers
- To establish middle to long term customer road map plan
- Negotiation of national/ regional contracts based on commercial policy and the client objectives
- Plans, Executes and Monitors agreements roll-out and investments
- Maintains & develop relationships with customers' key decision makers & top management
- Manages the total account's portfolio and P&L
- Builds the business plans for each assigned customer
- To develop moving forward direction for promotion plan, customer review, market and the category performance, promotion design, measurement tool and the promotion effectiveness evaluation.
- In depth understanding of the key account retails sales strategy and operation mechanism, formulate key account strategy, goal and budget constraint and determining the business cooperation foundation & opportunity
Position Requirement
- Male or Female. To be based in QD. Able to read & write in English.
- Dynamic sales personnel with minimum 5-6 years sales experience in sales . Priority in National Key Account Management managing Key Accounts chain.
- Preferable from strong national local brands in FMCG.
