职位描述
1. 预算管控&流程
- 负责在TSS系统中提交BTL费用申请并追踪审批流程
- 负责BTL整体预算控制，确保全年预算清晰，按季度TM&MKT的计划管理POSM &MINI &Gift预算
- 时时更新预算使用进展，月度汇总统计BTL使用情况
2. 促销物料开发
- 根据TMKT/NKA/区域对促销物料的要求，建议供应商物料所用材质、结构等并安排打样
- 协调需求方对打样结果的反馈，综合考虑价格、促销物料的质量，通过采购进行供应商比价确认
- 在SRM系统中完成PO订单审批，安排供应商制作
- 提供发运明细安排发运，及时跟进确保物料发运到店
- 不断优化促销物料的材质、结构，力求在预算内获得***陈列效果
3. Mini/Gift
- 根据业务需求，申请促销赠品，完成订单审批流程
- 协助Mini领用流程
