SCOPE: CPD MSL CRUISING Mid-Term Planner

The position is in charge of the Supply Planning management on part of Consumer Product Division (CPD) Cruising Catalogue for entire Asia Pacific region.

Main Responsibilities

Manage the Sales and Operation Planning process (S&OP) to ensure the availability of products to clients. Provide the right level of service and stocks optimization to contribute to the Supply Chain performance.

1. Analyze and consolidate demand and stocks parameters of subsidaries - Ensure the framing of demand (consistency, historical base).

2. Analyze monthly/weekly demand variations needs and define the priorities for the production plan with factories.

3. Ensure consistency of factories production plan according to Demand and make recommendations in case of inconsistency. Confirm MAD plan.

4. Challenge factories on their capacity to integrate market constraints (batch and run sizes, queueing line, management of shortage).

5. Communicate updated information on supply chain stocks and service policy (possible slow movers, service) to subsidaries.

6. Manage catalogue and contribute to its rationalization.

7. Manage stocks parameters on the whole Supply Chain.

8. Be the referee on proposals to dispatch available quantities to subsidaries in case of shortages.

9. Follow up and analyze performance indicators. Make recommendations.

10. Any other responsibilities or Projects assigned by the line manager/management

Main Requirements

· At least 3 years working experience in Supply Chain (better in FMCG)

· Fluent English in both writing and speaking

· Strong communication skill and good understanding on Plant and Business
