I. Key Responsibilities and Duties

主要工作职责

1. Monitor investment projects and help to make technical choices and define tools by consulting suppliers via call for tender;

2. Be responsible for the improvement, introduction, adjustment and maintenance of the equipment;

3. Utilize own expertise to realize the improvement and innovation of the compounding equipment, ensuring the equipment safety, level as well as production efficiency;

4. Be responsible for the training and instruction of mechanics and operators, cultivate those who have different technical skills through comprehensive training;

5. Draw up specifications for packing and compounding tool investments;

6. Coordinate the installation of new tools and ensure that their performance complies with the required quality, security and output criteria upon implementation;

7. Manage the contractors of relevant projects and guarantee their safety and effectiveness;

8. Be responsible for budgeting, spending wisely, meeting timelines, forecasting and anticipating issues with solutions, technical results and deliverables of the project;

9. Be 100% responsible to find creative technical solutions;

10. Asking / seeking support proactively;

11. Zero safety, quality, hygiene non- compliance, conducting periodic reviews and updating steering committees;

12. Manage total spend within the budget;

13. Handover the project in due course of the time;

14. Communication during project phase.

1. 监督投资方案和提供技术支持并且通过供应商的报价来确定设备投资方向；

2. 负责设备的改造、引进、安装调试和维护管理；

3. 利用自己的专长和专业知识对混料、包装设备进行各项技术的改造和创新，以确保设备的安全性、人机工程水平和生产效率；

4. 负责对维修工、设备操作人员的培训和指导，实施交叉培训，培养一专多能的人员；

5. 起草生产和混料设备的说明书；

6. 协调新设备的安装和确保其运行时符合所需的质量、安全和执行的输出标准；

7. 管理所属项目的承包商，确保承包商的工作安全有效；

8. 负责编制预算、合理支出、按时完成任务，预测问题及其解决方案，让项目的技术成果和交付结果在控制范围；

9. 100%负责寻找有创意的技术解决方案；

10.主动寻求支持；

11.零安全、质量、卫生不符合，项目中定期审查并更新指导委员会职责；

12.在预算范围内管理总支出；

13.按时交付项目结果；

14.项目过程中保持良好的各方沟通。

Ⅱ. Job Requirements

必备专业技术能力

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical automation or mechanical engineering;

2. 3 years or above related working experience, familiar with production equipment and function in daily chemical or FMCG industry, as well as safety, quality and other executive standards;

3. Good communication, coordination and project management skills;

4. Fluent oral and written English communication skills.

5. Takes 100% ownership of the project. End to End;

6. Work without follow-ups.

1. 电气自动化、机械相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历；

2. 三年及以上相关工作经历，了解日化或快消行业的生产设备及功能，及安全、质量等执行标准；

3. 具备良好的沟通协调和项目管理能力；

4. 熟练的口头和书面英文沟通能力；

5. 具备高度的主人翁意识，掌控各个关联方的状态和进度；

6. 具有强烈的自主精神，不需要他人督促跟进。
