Being responsible for 1) ISO system running 2) Internal system audit 3) internal process audit 4) support welding workshop quality

? Process independent audit: (PIA is Product Safety focused, 10 days per month, 50% working on it) 
? QMR/QMOR: (every month activates. Prepare reports including all of metrics, warranty/rework/PIA/PPA around 20 pages/meeting, around 3 days per month. 15% working on it)
? ISO 9001 preparation/audit and QOS, internal quality system audit is a part of ISO9001 and QOS (4 hours of week, around 10%)
? Support Welding quality (support quality issue analysis, also inspection work instructions, control, plan for welding workshop, internal PPAP, 15%)
? CAPA review Board, making sure CAPA is well maintained (once a week, half day a week, 10% of working time.)
? FGA ---end of line

? B.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering related.
? Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English speaking required. 
? 6+ years’ experience in OEM Quality Department. Vehicle manufacturing preferred. Possesses knowledge of Quality Assurance and Control systems and quality equipment. Understanding of vehicle assembly processes, welding and powder coating.
? ISO implementation experience
? Decisive and prone to action.
? Quality and customer focused.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quality Control Tools.
