主要职责:
1、负责运营所需的物料采购工作：包括但不限于供应商寻源、比价、招标、制定采购策略、签定采购合同等工作；
2、供应商开发和管理：负责供应商寻源开发、资质审查；供应商信息的维护和更新，定期进行评估、考核，开发具有竞争力的供应商；
3、采购实施：根据釆购需求制定采购策略和计划，组织商务谈判，控制采购成本，进行有效的内外沟通保证顺利实施；采购标的交付及验收跟进；质量及售后问题处理；
4、负责组别采购流程的优化和完善；

任职要求:
1、本科以上毕业，工商管理、供应链管理、物流、药学、等相关专业优先。
2、5年或以上医疗、制药、贸易、设备相关及相关行业采购工作经验，相关医疗器械、药品行业的采购工作经验者为优；
3、熟悉采购流程，熟悉供应商审核和供应链管理技巧；具备一定的谈判技巧；熟悉合同法和合同条款；
4、有较强的工作组织能力和管理经验；具备良好的表达能力、沟通协调能力和出色的谈判能力，思维反应敏捷，为人热情坦诚；
5、强烈的成本意识，能在压力下工作；
6、具备良好的职业道德及从业人员操守，较强的沟通能力及团队合作精神。
