Responsibilities:
? Consultant of customers UV curing system application, prepare the integrated solution to customer, to beyond customer expectation.
? Responsible for the customization project management, be the windows of external and internal and run the project according to delivery plan.
? Responsible for the competition analysis, 
? Responsible for the Mechanical and Electrical connection design cooperation of UV curing equipment projects.
? Analyze the new products input from sales and customers, compare with competition research to identify the key input data.
? Responsible for the after sales technical support, organize the adjustment and maintenance on site
? Other work assigned by management

Skills/Qualifications:
? Automation control or other technical field major background
? 6-8 years of equipment related technical experience.
? Deep study ability of automation process optimizes work experience.
? Willing to travel frequently.
? Experience with Project Management and stage gate principles
? Able to work in a fast-paced start up environment
? Able to adjust to changing priorities and schedules.
? Thrives in high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
? Strong attention to details and problem-solving abilities.
