职位描述
Main responsibility:
1. Implement those defined strategies and tactics to achieve budgeted order input and revenue shipment levels;
2. Develop and maintain proficiency in the sales and industry focused application segment assigned;
3. Acquire, develop and manage revenue growth for defined sales prospects and existing assigned account base;
4. Provide training and applications assistance to assigned customer base;
5. Prepare, recommend and negotiate pricing, terms and conditions for quotations, blanket agreements and contracts for management approval;
6. Establish and build good relationships within assigned customer base;
7. Gain bill of material specification and/or preferred supplier status for our products within assigned customer base;
8. Demonstrate effective use of strategic selling techniques to increase account penetration and market share.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Auto Engineering or related fields;
2. At least 6 years of sales experience in automotive industry. A minimum of 2 years experience in MNC;
3. Be familiar with Automotive Industry;
4. Pneumatic or fluid power background or experience is preferred;
5. Proven track record in key account and project management;
6. Has good business acumen and commercial skills. Strong ability in Administration, coordination, problem analysis and solving as well as high working efficiency.
7. Good occupational morality and devotion to job;
8. Good command of English, both oral and writing;
9. Be willing to travel around frequently.
