Main Tasks
? Lead development of Quality Reviews processes, procedures and tools for capital projects in Asia Pacific, align with Global LCP WG QM in Capital Project and contribute to global processes, procedures, tools/ templates, KPIs etc.
? Conduct project Quality reviews for capital projects in Asia Pacific, including FEL reviews, Engineering Package Checks, conduct capital project quality management system internal audit on request of projects etc.
? To provide consultant and identify potential improvement area and best practices in quality reviews and sharing with project team.
? Support develop and optimize Value Based Engineering (VBE) process, procedures and tools/ templates for capital projects in Asia Pacific, including regional adjustment if necessary.
? Implement VBE in the region, consult and support project team conduct Requirements Definition in IPC phase, including the requirements definition start meeting and consolidation meeting, organize and facilitate the VBE/RE/ Value Base Review workshops in IPC, Pre-FEED and FEED phase of capital projects.
? Support development of LLCPs processes, procedures and tools for capital project in Asia Pacific. Support managing Global LLCP Database, organize and coordinate LLCP activities.
? Organize and facilitate Lessons Learned Workshops for capital projects in Asia Pacific.
? Promote LLCPs sharing by providing LLCPs input to RCM, organization of LLCP workshop during kickoff, Issue LLCP INFO, sharing during discipline team meetings etc.

Requirements
? Education: University graduate or above
? Working Experience: 15 + years at chemical site and project engineering management, capital project engineering quality management and network would be an additional asset.
? Technical & Professional Knowledge: capital project engineering management and quality management background. Wide experience in chemical industry. Good networking. Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese, capable to organize and facilitate the value-based engineering and lessons learned workshops; proficient in MS application, detail oriented with big picture of organization mindset, proactive, good analytical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills, good skill in conflict management
