Responsibility

? Monthly Financial Reporting

? Financial Analysis & Hourly Rate Analysis

? Operational Planning, Forecasting

? Allocated costs controlling 

? Financial Audit

? Ensure all transactions fulfill the requirements of Corporate compliance

? Budget elaboration and follow-up (incl. Business Case)

? Communication with internal customers regarding financial information

? Finance key controls

? Ensuring quality of financial information.

Qualifications

? Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

? Experience: 3 years in a relevant position

? Basic Skills: Solid understanding of accounting, full professional proficiency in English verbal and written.

? Soft Skills:

• Possess organizational skill, resourcefulness, is proactive, multitasked and able to manage priorities.
• Diligent and meticulous worker with a natural willingness to improve.
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to communicate articulately, confidentially and professionally
• Ability to work with colleagues in different fields of expertise, nationalities and across organizational levels.

? Technical Skills:

• Functionally proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
• Ability to improve processes
• Experience in preparing and presenting financial results and analysis.
