工作职责:

1. Responsibility for introducing strategic investors and road show in Japan.

2. Responsibility for contacting major commercial banks and relevant financial institutions (coordinating their overseas branches when necessary) to carry out financing businesses such as trade financing, project financing, structural financing, etc.

3. Contact Japan

s major securities investment funds to invest group

s shares or issued bonds.

4. Contact civil industry capital institutions to finance and cooperate with the group

s projects, R&D, M&A, trustee and other business.

5. Be able to formulate and organize the implementation of flexible capital operation plans such as project investment and financing, integration, exit, etc.

任职资格:

1. Deep understanding of the trends of Japanese and international capital markets, industry development trends, policy guidance and investment trends, and have insight into the development of industries and enterprises.

2. Experience in Japanese capital market, relevant laws and regulations, familiar with enterprise operation and management, project investment and management, financial analysis and management, etc.

3. Good organization and coordination ability, communication ability and team management ability

4. Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics, accounting or other major, over 5 years of working experience in well-known investment institutions, securities companies and asset management companies

5. With CPA, CFA, legal, recommendation representative and other qualifications are preferred
