MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION 设立该职务的基本目的

1. Communicate with Brand,
   customers and warehouse team, to ensure on time in full delivery to counters.

2. Ensure input  orders accurately and timely in system

3. Participate in monthly closing. Run relevant report to report period
   sales figures to both sales marketing team and official.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION 该职务的主要职责

1. Monitor Logistic Calendar

• Build Yearly Logistic Calendar for all Orders (including returns) to be processed in WH
• Communicate it Monthly to Departments and Counters
• Review workload and return plan with brand / warehouse team
2. Order Processing/Monitoring
   
• Check order status in ordering system and release orders (including returns) on time to WMS following Logistic Calendar.
• Provide Order Sum Up to Order Sender for Manual Orders .
• Provide Order Combination Instruction to Warehouse.
• Provide ordering system’s  training to order creator of each brand.
• Key contact person of the ordering system .
3. Manage Forwarders
• Select appropriated transportation way for each order
• Process Claim Order (Fine)
4. Evaluate Logistic Performance
   
• Track Logistic Calendar On Time Compliance/Order Window
• Build and analyze Shipment Review
• Analyze Customer Complaints
• Identify root cause of Return Variance
• Summarize/Share the report with warehouse and brand .
5. Make recommendations and lead actions
• Communicate about abnormal situation
• Build necessary action plan to improve KPI
• Arrange the counter stock take ,base on the selected counter list by planning/internal audit.
6. Follow up Sell in
• Sell in Sell Out report for Dior
• Sell in achievement for all brands
7. Assist Finance in Month Closing task
• Check data consistency for consignment counter Sell out
