Job Title: Marketing & Communication Specialist

Position Summary:
This position is mainly responsible for supporting GrowthClick project (cross-selling), and marketing projects (vertical marketing). This position will be an important part of a strong corporate marketing team working together to drive Thermo Fisher revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communication

• Developing and implementing strategic and tactical integrated vertical marketing & communication plans to achieve corporate objective.
• Plan and Deliver best in class marketing execution for vertical marketing campaigns and projects.
• Partners with cross functional colleagues to ensure key MKT activities are executed according to marketing strategy and are supported by investments in promotions and advertising
• Partner with cross functional colleagues to plan and deliver best in class marketing execution for marketing projects.
• Cross-functional communication

GrowthClick Project

• Responsible for content planning and management for GrowthClick platform, including vertical marketing content collection and development, product brochures collection.
• Responsible for Training planning and management for GrowthClick platform, including marketing training content planning for sales, training courses development and updating in the platform.
• Responsible for GrowthClick project internal promotion (online & offline) to engage sales.
• Project coordination for GrowthClick project and integrated marketing projects, including process development, project management, timeline management, internal communication and budget control.
• Produce data analysis and report KPI result monthly;
• Manage user authority & master data of GrowthClick mobile tool;
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in marketing/communication/advertising or above
• Strong organizational skills and leadership ability, and the maturity to manage both internal and external client relationships at senior levels.
• Good time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic working environment
• Exceptional verbal and report presentation abilities
• At least 3 years of work experiences in marketing and marketing communication
