Objectives

-To assist AIC Panel Leader to recruit and maintain the AIC consumer panelists;

-To help the cosmetic evaluation specialist to carry out the sensorial evaluation tests.

Main Missions

Assist to recruit and maintain a AIC consumer sensorial panel

- Recruit and select the consumers

- Help cosmetic evaluation specialist to build the evaluation questionnaire.

Assist to manage the AIC consumers data base :

- Update data base (competitor products, previous tests, protocole participants…)

- Double check and help to update the consumer self-complete information.

Deliver cosmetics evaluation report in English

- Work with cosmetic evaluation specialist to deliver the final evaluation report to central R&D in Paris

Coordinate with France team and local agency for product test

- Check Chinese translation of questionnaire

- Help local agency to receive the test products from France

Performance criteria

？ Able to and good at carry out fieldwork for inter studies

？ Able to recruit panelist fast and accurately, good at manage the logistics of the study.

？ Able to do some analysis and able to draft the report in English

？ Able to handle different tasks at same time

Key skills

-Good knowledge of the methodologies of sensorial/consumers tests and data processing..

-Good knowledge of cosmetics

-Strict and serious in organizing different tests/tasks at same time.

-Good social skills

-Autonomy

Other skills:

-Good skills in Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet

-Good skills in Data processing software such as Access

-Good spoken and written English

Education and Experience required

-College and above , preferably specialized in related filed

-2 years’ experience in market research industry, mainly on quantitative study
