The main objective is to help legal department to do contract management, chop management and simple legal reveiw work.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

该职务的主要职责

Help legal department to handle contract management work , the company seal management work, basic legal review work including communicating with internal clients on contracts signing and execution issues, registration and filing of contracts, contracts following up work, stamping documentations, template contracts review, marketing materials review,  document translation and other admin or legal work assigned by legal counsel.

-Help Contract Management System successfully go live and continuously improve the workflow and functions of this system;

-Be able to pay great attention to contract management work and company seals management work according to the related policies.

-Be a good helper to legal counsel and the legal team in various projects.

PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

-Bachelor degree or above, prefer with law degree;

-CET-6 or above, be able to do translation work;

-Details-orientated, and with team cooperation spirit;

-Good communication skills;

-Willing to learn and grow
