Position : Associate Account Manager

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for e-commerce platform management for certain clients.

2. Co-developed with clients the annual peripheral product sales plan according to the seasons and marketing strategies.

3. Forecasts of each season's product flow plans for all accounts in Mainland-China Market, Plan and monitor inventory clearance with Sell out on the online platform.

4. To maintain an up-to-date client status for regular management debriefing.

5. To explore opportunity of generating increase revenue.

6. To identify customer needs and propose corresponding solutions.

7. Continuously monitor and improve the operations process and get necessary internal operations support, e.g., human resources, financial process, business system set-up etc.

Requirements

1. 2 year experiences in Ecommerce or a similar industry like CRM/SCM project, account management experience would be a plus.

2. Bachelor degree above , overseas experience would be preferred.

3. Sales background would be a plus.

4. Fluent spoken and skillful written English.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
