OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

The
Supply Planner manages service/stock coverage on WHS and counters for all the
SKUs of the brand(s) he/she is in charge of.

MAIN
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

该职务的主要职责

The Supply Planner is the interface
between the Brand (Marketing, Sales, Controlling, E-commerce) and Logistic
teams in China and the DRP Planner in France/Singapore. Main responsibilities
are to:

Forecast

· Analyze and improve the forecast proposal from central taking into
account Brand inputs.

Supply Planning

· Validate the supply need taking into account the demand

· Optimize the supply plan according to service and logistic cost
targets

Communication

· Provide visibility on performance and risks for service/stock/P&L impact to Brand and Shared Service Center

· Make recommendations and lead actions to drive business metrics with key internal functional areas and key
clients.

Management

· Animate periodic logistics reviews with Brand
and HQ top management

· Lead ambitious project to support business growth

· Coach team of distribution planners

In this position, all initiative
taken to propose and conduct any continuous improvement actions / project
(optimized tool, simplified processes, reduction of administrative
workload...) will be welcome and encouraged.

PRINCIPAL
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

· 2-5 years Distribution / Retail / Supply Chain Planning experience

· Knowledge and understanding of Distribution / Supply Chain concepts and
application

· English proficiency, French is a plus

· Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills

· Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)

· Ability to animate reviews with top management

· Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

· Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and
react quickly to changing priorities
