Preparation of Business Data and reports

- Preparation of data and business reports weekly and monthly

- Consolidation of sell-out through clients/supervisors/bluebell

Management of Net-in

- Preparation of net sales forecasting through working with AM and clients

- Working with CS and clients on orders and shipping schedule

- Preparation of retail and cost pricing list to clients by working with Central, Marketing & HP team

- Working with HP registration team on the HP labels details for Hainan

- Consolidation of the testers, Sampling, POSM orders on monthly basis

- Setting up of new clients database

General Business Matters

- Invoicing & accruals, tally and chasing invoices with retailers, suppliers and agent for department

- General pricing and promotion survey on monthly

- Coordination and dispatch of product incentive (monthly) - work with AM & Supervisors

- Following up on the dispatch of brochures/sampling/tools and implement with various parties such as Marketing, sales team and retailers

- Sending out of Planograms, monthly merchandising updates(to clients/store), price updates, assortment updates, marketing calendar updates to the operators (when necessary)

- Providing new items forecasts with Marketing

Administrative

- Packing and sending of materials for the team

- Manage courier

- Photocopying and binding

- Assisting in Presentation for meeting
