Job Description:

CTI:

• Deeply understand consumer and dig out insights
• Lead qualitative, quantitative and sensory consumer research for projects (design, brief, analyse & report, make recommendations)

Claim:

• Develop novel methodologies or revises existing methods to support claims.
• Generate attractive claims based on both consumer and technical insights
• Plans and executives technical and experimental tests with experts, or monitor the test being done by other functions.
• Interprets unexpected results/observations and recommends next steps.
• Monitor competitor claim trend monitor
• Lead claim workshop and claim roadmap

Appraisal:

• Support prototype screening via appraisal methods
• Build appraisal capability
• Monitor competitor formulation trend and summarize the data independently

KBS:

• Develop compelling demo to support innovation product
• Lead demo committee to feed business needs.

• Bachelor above
• Communication – good English skill
• Formulation & lab practical ability
• Sensory & consumer testing techniques
• Knowledge of digital tools & systems
