Main Job Responsibilities:
? Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves IT infrastructure incidents as the first/single point of contact for all Trelleborg users. Communicates known solutions to end-users in a user-friendly and professional manner. Administration and reporting of user service requests as defined by IT management.
? Manage end-user incidents and prioritize work based on defined SLAs.
? Implementation/Installation and administration/maintenance of IT infrastructure services with focus on availability, reliability and manageability following Trelleborg IT standard processes in coordination with responsible IT management.
? Problems, solutions, results of project work as well as any elaborated results within the area of responsibility must be documented in an understandable manner.
Requirements
? Associates degree of computer science or Bachelors degree.
Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and certification will be considered.
? Experienced in implementing, documenting and operationally maintaining IT infrastructures.
? Good verbal and written communication skills in English combined with the ability to communicate effectively.
? Ability to travel internationally as required by business.
? To be able to trouble-shoot S/W and H/W in Windows clients -server environment.
