Job Description:

A) Executing routine process development tasks:

• Support pilot scale up work/MPT and Pilot optimization lead;
• Design/lead MPT in plant, support/lead the process development based on specific plant condition and facility limitations, coordinate with muti-catergories on pushing it happen, e.g SUIT, operation, buying, planning and PGQ;
• Lead safety related evaluation/optimization, e.g enzyme;
• Design processing routes based on the formulation design, concept delivery and real facility conditions, ability to dig out solution with less or no CAPEX investment;
• Value creation through smart process design;
• Sample preparation for tests/evaluations;
• Monitor production quality via co-working with PGQ/SUIT and on-site support, Post launch review(Quality and production);
• Manage new product specification with specification and MET team;
• Assess and analyse product appraisal/storage etc. data, PPT/MPT Sample;
• Use LIMS/PLM to set up and manage RM inventory/Sampling/Formulation/Processing/Product Stability database;
• Manage 3P and support part of the flash project, validate and manage the risk before mass production, give solutions to project team.

B) Coordinate quality improvement and SCS:

• Eusure quality delivery during innovation/ VIP project;
• Close monitor consumer complaints and production data;
• Provide technical expertise to support supply chain trouble shooting.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Sciences/Engineering;
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple Processing design tasks;
• Ability to read into consumer insights and translate them to product development in Bar;
• Good team player. Can seamlessly manage multiple interfaces in projects;
• Good communicator in English;

• Master or Bachelor with 2-3 years related experience on process development or manufacturing experiences;
• Rich experience on RMs and safety is preferred.
