Duties and Responsibilities:

Fully support CRM Senior Manager who responsible for loyalty and communication.

CRM Activities:

- Execute and optimize CRM recruitment and reactivation campaigns (online and offline);

- Drive effectively regular communication: Printed mailer, WeChat Post, MMS etc.

Loyalty Program:

- Execute loyalty program to reward loyal member and boost their loyalty, such as Customer lifecycle program (welcome cycle/ 3rd purchase/Journal/Magazine etc.), birthday gift, relational gift, transactional gift and etc.;

- Analyze and identify performance gaps, and drive improvement initiatives, manage external CRM venders to deliver effective and efficient CRM operations;

- Manage gift and sample (Stock/deliver timeline/allocation etc.);

Qualifications:

- At least 4-5 years of relevant CRM experience, ideally from retailing industry / CRM agency, with a sound understanding and experience of loyalty program and CRM tools;

- Relevant experience of SCRM is preferred;

- Fluent English speaking and writing, excellent communication and presentation skills, good skilled at Excel and PowerPoint etc.

- Result oriented with high degree of ownership, self-motivation and team working.
