Tasks· Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves IT infrastructure incidents as the first/single point of contact for all Trelleborg users. Communicates known solutions to end-users in a user-friendly and professional manner. Administration and reporting of user service requests as defined by IT management.
· Escalate incidents to next level support when the solution is unknown or cannot be solved within defined time frames.
· Manage end-user incidents and prioritize work based on defined SLAs.
· Deal with multiple users and prioritises service in line with business needs
· Implementation/Installation and administration/maintenance of IT infrastructure services with focus on availability, reliability and manageability following Trelleborg IT standard processes in coordination with responsible IT management.
· Support of asset management processes following defined Trelleborg IT standards.
· Education of users based on Trelleborg processes to make optimal use of Trelleborg business systems.
· Active contribution to 2nd level group activities where required.
· Contribute ideas to improve IT processes/services.
· Support implementation of new and/or improved IT processes following Trelleborg IT standards.
· Improvement of personal skills within the area of responsibility.
· Implementation of and adherence to Trelleborg IT policies.
Follow Trelleborg standards like IT code of conduct, Trelleborg code of conduct and technical IT standards.
· Problems, solutions, results of project work as well as any elaborated results within the area of responsibility must be documented in an understandable manner.
· Work collaboratively with others to achieve group goals.





Requirements· Associates degree of computer science or Bachelors degree.
Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and certification will be considered.
· Minimum 3 years experience of working in a preferably global IT organisation underlined by respective training certificates, such as
CCENT; MCSA or equivalent.
· Experienced in implementing, documenting and operationally maintaining IT infrastructures.
· Experienced in interacting with external suppliers & service providers.
· Technical IT infrastructure knowledge with focus on globally positioned IT infrastructure technique.
· Analytical Skills; strong and flexible individual capable of dealing with the typical tensions that arise within an IT service environment; confident & customer focused; good problem solving skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
· Ability to manage own work schedule (good self-management skills)
· High level of customer focus and strong customer support commitment.
· Ability to cooperate with other individuals with a problem solving oriented attitude on a professional level.
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English combined with the ability to communicate effectively.
· Keen interest in working in a culturally diversified fast-paced environment.
· Ability to travel internationally as required by business.


Technical Requirements
? To be able to trouble-shoot Windows clients OS & Windows server 2003/2008.
? To be able to trouble-shoot PC and server hardware.
? To understand email technology and have an experience of supporting/trouble-shooting major email software.
? To understand RAID technology and to set up and trouble-shoot it.
? To understand Active Directory technology and have an experience of supporting it.
? To understand TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS, DNS, User Management, File Security in Windows environment and have an experience of supporting them.
? To have an experience of using network devices of Cisco or HP.
? To be able to trouble-shoot security and virus issues.
? To have an experience of supporting Symantec Endpoint Protection.
? To have an experience of installing/setting up computer hardware as well as Operating System and applications.
? To be able to replace parts of PC/server if necessary.
? To have an experience of using monitoring system of computers/network and of supporting IT system using such system.
? To have an experience of setting up client emulator for iSeries servers.
? To be able to create documents for users, as well as to conduct training for users.
? To be able to negotiate/communicate with the superior and vendors to implement IT infrastructure equipment under the limited budget.
? To have an experience of supporting IT side of office-move, layout change projects such as drafting cabling and WAN preparation.
? To have an experience of creating/implementing/maintaining LAN floor plan.
? To have an experience of using/supporting/trouble-shooting Backup Exec.
? To have an experience of installing/setting up/supporting Lotus Notes clients, and of training users.
? To have basic knowledge of SCCM.
? To have an experience of working/communicating with WAN carrier to trouble-shoot the WAN problem.
