PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Build dedicated activity plan to develop sales in Department Stores and Boutiques, in partnership with retailers and sales team.
Proper event execution to ensure brand image and business in store.

- Develop retail marketing plans by optimizing resources to help sales team achieve sales target
？ Event Plans/Promotion Plans/Indoor and outdoor plans/AOG plans per region/city/counter

- Proper event execution to ensure brand image in store
？ Department store negotiation on trade event support, on site supervision for better service and event quality

- Sales analysis to drive actions
？ Sales/Event/CRM result analysis per region/city/counter to build action plans to drive sales result

- Develop digital interactions for national event and omni-channel activities for brand mega events
？ National event digitalization to improve consumer experience and event productivity
？ Mega event omni-channel activities development and coordination

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

？ Responsible for national event plan, allocation and budget control
？ Responsible for mega event omni-channel activity plan, review and budget control
？ Define promotion/indoor outdoor plan to meet overall budget and specific regional business objectives into the detailed task
？ Post analyze retail marketing plan result and identify future action plans
？ Prepare and conduct key account annual presentation

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Technical skills:
？ At least 5 years working experience in trade(retail) marketing, with digital/e-commerce related experience is plus
？ Excellent knowledge of trade(retail) marketing, branding and communications
？ Excellent influencing skills, ability to impart knowledge and inspire others
？ Strong organizing & coordination ability, able to consolidate company’s information & convert to competitive advantage in promotional material and programs
？ Experience thriving in a rapidly changing environment, where innovation and creativity in generating ideas for quick response is crucial.
？ Excellent level of English in oral, reading and writing
？ Good in communication, presentation and negotiation skill
？ Strong data sense and good analytical skill

Profile:
？ University graduate, MBA preferred
