POSITION SUMMARY

The incumbent is accountable for asset management of South China ETON, GG & Jaguar customers, customer engagement, asset operations, contract management, DSO/AR payment and provide sales and market related data support to Business Operations Manager.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Perform as local interface and asset management activities for on-site customers.

• Develop and maintain customer engagement plan, interface with customers on a regular basis, maintain close relationship with customer, and get involved with customers’ demand growth and forecast.

• Review and perform annual price adjustment per contract.

• Support Collection team as local interface to collect monthly AR from On-site customer timely to keep good DSO performance and AR past due control.

• Support Permitting team to resolve issues related to On-site customers.

• Submit workbook and work with CMD team to update onsite customer data.

• Perform PO/invoice checking and verify delivery record with the customer when necessary

• Assist the Billing team in getting the necessary approval for debit or credit memos

• Perform basic data analysis

• Other tasks assigned by Business Operations Manager and Sub-Region General Manager

  JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate is expected to have a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Chemical Engineering or Finance & Accounting) and acceptable English communication skills, e.g. fluent in written English;

• 3+ years working experience in gas or petrochemical MNCs in F&A or customer management role or related activities.

• Must have extensive coordination experience in a multi-functional environment, and desire to work in a business/customer management and sales/commercial role.

• Candidate is expected to have strong selling and interpersonal skills, like challenges and have ability to manage customers as well as influence internal stakeholders and local government departments;

• Hard working and strong in communication and problem solving. Capable of completing assigned tasks independently and proactively
