Main Responsibilities:

1. Innovation & Renovation

Assist with the planned innovation development and renovation relaunch through processing supporting to safeguard launch on time. Specifically in: 

1.1 IIM Process

?Support marketer to modify the VAS and brief agency 

?Examine and verify the IIM adaptation 

?Lead and maintain IIM process in system 

?Inform the modification to relative stakeholder including trade MKT & supply chain

1.2 Compulsory Relaunch projects

?Support project relaunch and brief modification to agency 

?Lead and maintain the whole process in system 

?Drive the process and Inform relative stakeholder timely to solve the issue if any 

1.3 Art Work 

?Modify the AW including layout 

?Upload master file & adaptation on D2P

2.Brand Communication

Assist with brand communication BTL and POS related processing. Specifically in: 

2.1 VAS/ GWP/ POSM Process 

?Support marketer to create the VAS (Value added sets) / GWP (Gift with purchase) / POSM (Point of sales materials)

?Lead and maintain the whole process in system 

?Drive the process and Inform relative stakeholder timely to solve the issue if any 

2.2 Sampling Application 

?Apply goods both domestic and importation

?Lead related payment

3.  BAU Management

Assist with business as usual related tasks, specifically in: 

3.1 PO Process 

?Lead creation and maintenance process of the PO (Purchasing Order) in SRM system

3.2NART Owner 

?Lead Full NART maintenance process & tracking

?Collaborate with cross function and solve issue if any to make sure delivered on time

?GTIN application for both domestic and importation products

?Support brand team NART related file

3.3 Master Data 

?Master Data maintains in SAP and status follow up

?Filing all products master data and support

?Support master data related file

3.4 Price List 

?Lead price list apply process and maintain the full process 

Qualifications:

?Bachelor Degree or above; 

?Basic English communication skills

?Good office software skill, familiar with SAP is a plus

?Detailed-oriented, strong ownership, supportive and collaborative
