岗位职责：

1、 根据公司标准，筛选并评估所属区域内潜在加油站点，与业主取得联系并谈判，完成每年的加油站网络开发任务指标。

2、 确认并编制收购/租赁/连锁加盟相关文件。

3、把控油站开发质量，控制项目的有限风险，确保油站顺利开业。

4、负责区域内加油站和油品调研，建立完整的区域油站信息库，并保持更新。

5、与当地政府机关保持良好关系。

任职要求：

1、大学专科及以上学历。

2、良好的沟通和谈判技巧。

3、三年以上网络发展或销售相关工作经验。

4、具备良好的团队合作精神。
