职位描述
工作内容：
1. 扫描增值税发票，并上传至SAP中。
2. 负责发票整理及查询。
3. 负责外借发票的登记与管理。
4. 协助邮寄发票。
5. 协助零用金的审核。
6. 其他布置的任务。
7. 退票的记录和管理。
工作要求：
1. 大专或本科学院在校生。
2. 熟悉基本的电脑操作。
3. 熟悉Excel, Word的操作，最好有ERP系统的操作经验。
4. 英语4级以上。
5. 细心，耐心，有工作热情和积极性。
6. 较好的语言表达能力和沟通能力。
实习工作时间：每月可以到岗5-8天，具体每周到岗时间可根据学校课程情况进行安排，周一至周五8：30 - 17：30
