Job purpose:

? This is a specialist position for GS-MO based in Shanghai; the position is primarily responsible for Administrations of corporate loan.
? Check the fulfillment of conditions precedent and supporting documents before limit implementation and loan drawdown.
? Ensure daily loan transactions are processed timely and accurately and compliance with internal policy and external regulations.
? Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports and internal reports.
? Ensure all requests from both internal parties and external customers are promptly and properly responded.

Key activities ：
? To check the drawdown request and verify loan supporting documents to make sure the loan proceeds to conform to the purpose of the facility in accordance with Credit Approvals, Facility Documents, 3+1 requirements and other regulatory requirements
? To manage the daily operation process and ensure that customers' instructions are properly executed and services are delivered in an efficient manner
? To manage the existing and input of new syndicated or bilateral loan transactions in various portfolios and systems. Review and control of these transactions before bringing to the booking systems
? To track and monitor the post drawdown monitoring process and ensure the pending documents are collected on time.
? To arrange timely and accurate submission of internal and external loan related reporting.
? To ensure proper recordings and maintenance of loan administration files.
? Other tasks assigned by the managers

Formal education:
? University degree or similar in Banking, Finance or Business etc.
? Language: Fluency in Mandarin and English

Specialist knowledge
Work experience and other requirements
? Good knowledge and understanding of corporate banking products and related facility.
? Good understanding of local regulations and loan processing
? Typically 3+ years of experience in the loan industry or in a comparable function.

? Creativity and flexibility, ability to work under pressure
? Team player with good communication and interpersonal skill.
? Good command of spoken & written English.
