Requirements:

1.1 Above bachelor degree, HR or management related major is preferred;

1.2 Minimum 5 years HR work experience in multinational company, engineering management company work experience is preferable;

1.3 Rich experience in HR recruiting is a must;

1.4 Have good understanding of Chinese law especially of Chinese labor contract law;

1.5 Be familiar with planning, training & developing, performance evaluation, compensation & benefit, employee relationship management;

1.6 High efficiency;

1.7 Fluent written and oral English.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

1.1 Search and select candidates;

1.2 Set up and maintain talent pool;

1.3 Coordinate with Departments for interview arrangement;

1.4 Prepare weekly recruitment report;

1.5 Support on other HR works.
