职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
1.To identify areas for growth for ITB business, and guide sales teams to penetrate into these markets deeply
2.To propose and implement commercial & promotion initiatives in order to achieve expected yearly growth (re: sales forecasts)
3.To support regional sales teams in their commercial actions to convince customers
4.To be the main actor of new product launching particularly taking an active role in sales forces trainings and motivation
5.To inform LOB specialist of new market needs and opportunities which are not accessible with existing offers
Qualification & Requirements:
1.Major in engineering or relevant
2.Experience in sales or marketing function for related product is requested ( e.g.: minimum 5 years)
3.At least 5 years sales team management experience
4.10 years or above experience in Data Center industry is preferred
5.Have customer resource of Financial and Gov in south China is preferred
6.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and coordination of people and resources
7.Good understanding of market trends\customer requests & applications\sales channels structure
8.Sound presentation & communication skill
