Major responsibilities

1. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of refrigeration system. provide technical support to inside and outside of Unilever.

2. Responsible for the SHE(Safety, Health and Environments) management, training and audit from inside or outside in refrigeration system. Strictly implement the SHE 0212 guideline and track the health check once per two years. Share safety case from inside or outside and study the lesson learning in team.

3. Responsible for making the plan of breakdown reduction and overhaul improvement, implement of the TBM/CMB activity in daily routing in team.

4. Responsible for the training needs’ and plan’s making from team and organize training course.

5. Responsible for making refrigeration system user requirement specification (URS) to new machine, evaluate the design whether meet company’s need in Process, Quality and Safety. To communicate and cooperate with operation team, project contractor and vender

6. Carry out the AM activity by worker, passed AM’s inside audit by TPM office.

7. Responsible for energy saving in refrigeration system, optimize the refrigeration operation process in especially off season. Organize discontinuity turn off/on the compressor in off season.

8. Responsible for the spare parts management, make the reasonable safety stock base on ABC approach; R&M cost control by PM activity.

9. Job responsibilities include but not limits to the above items. Company or your line manager reserves the right to arrange other relevant working targets to you.

Requirements:

? Bachelor degree or above, Major in Refrigeration.

? Be familiar with the design in screw, piston compressor and so on.

? Understand how to manage the equipment.

? Well-knowledge in the process of ammonia and CO2 refrigeration system

? Good communication and Relation building.

? SAP and WCM knowledge.

? Influence and negotiation skills

? Good computer skill; English skill in writing and speaking

? Global mindset, Responsibility and Accountability, Consumer and Customer, Bias for action and Talent building

? At least 3years refrigeration system working experience; no care experience if have strong theory of refrigeration and degree is over master or doctor.

?Priority working in foods category factory.
