RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Strategic planning:

？Deploy important issue around the developcment of the business overall situation,

？Strategic and prospective study, provide decision basis and alternative solutions for the Business Unit management team

？Analyse the development of relevant industry (Electricity, Automation, manufacturing, digitization industry ) information and data with the company, forecast the impact macro-economic environment changes industry development trend and on the company's business, put forward business development and resource allocation strategy

？Make the early period research and demonstration for innovation business and major decisions , make the scheme and implementation plan

？Undertake other tasks assigned by the company, serve to cultivate the company's core competitiveness and sustainable development, as a support of scientific decision-making

2. Communicate and coordinate with different Function & BU teams to both get internal alignment and well allocate resources for active projects in strategy plan

3. A&A :

？Identify potential partners or targets in focused segments

Support end-to-end A&A project management, when required

REQUIREMENTS :

1.Bachelor above degree, MBA is preferred;

2.Major: Economics / Management / Technology;

3.At least 8 Years experience in top-tier strategic consulting firm or Strategy & BD function in renowed MNC

4.Electricity, automation, manufacturing, IIOT experience & background is a plus

5.International, multi-cultural experience, overseas education background is preferred.

6.M&A experience is a plus

7.Good communication and presentation skill;

8.Fluent English & Madarin is a must

9.High leadership potential. Ambition to grow her/himself in organizaiton and to take different business roles as next step
