PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  

1. IG China vehicle running gear technical authority

  

• To closely work together with Asia vehicle technical authority to define and develop vehicle technical specifications especially on running gear part for LB MB and PGG truck.

• To work together with purchasing to develop new resources of vehicle running gear vendors in China.

• To manage and evaluate existing vehicle vendor performance and technical improvement on running gear

• To standardize IG Pan-China vehicle selection on branding and categorization around all sub regions

• To support China SCE director to make strategies on vehicle selections and advanced technology application and new functionality development.

2.IG China vehicle regulatory compliances fulfillment and build up influences to local authorities

  

• To closely monitor Chinese vehicle regulatory changes and make sure all manufacturing vehicles to 100 % meet and catch up Chinese increasing demanding regulations related to transport safety, environmental emission upgrade.

• To actively participate in national & association meetings and conferences to closely follow up and prospectively understand Chinese DG transport regulations changed trends as well as influence this trend though lobbying to the end of benefit of AP.

• To make full use of the demanding regulatory threshold to build up AP competition advantages in gas industry.

• To closely work together government affairs department to well maintain good relationships with central and provincial authorities and increase AP influences on new core policies and regulations.

          

3. IG China vehicle innovations and maintain technical and economics advantages

• To lead and develop China vehicle running gear innovative solution on new green energy base together with Asia vehicle technical authority, purchasing and vendor.

• To support innovation committee to collect, calibrate and validate all innovative ideas related to vehicle technical improvement

• To leverage our SCE productivity through new vehicle technology applications and technical improvement.

4.To lead Pan China scrapped and used transport vehicle asset refurbishment solution defining and fulfillment as well as follow -up

5.To be SPOC working together with purchasing to manage the performance of existing of vehicle vendors and develop new resource of vehicle vendors

                

  

  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  

  

1. Candidate is expected to have a minimum of education to bachelor level and of 3~5 years’ experience within vehicle manufacturing industry or logistics industry.

2. Job incumbent is expected to have excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization.

3. Strong vehicle technical qualifications and experiences especially on vehicle running gear, and very familiar with Chinese vehicle manufacturing laws and regulations and good relationship with central and provincial authority is better.

4. Good English level on writing and reading
