Job Description:
To provide corporate secretarial, legal, and general support to the Law Group in Asia

• Conduct legal research.
• Draft, translate, and review basic contracts.
• Provide basic legal advice to Business and Function Departments regarding contractual and corporate matters.
• Assist in M&A and divestiture projects.
• Assist the coordination of arbitration/litigation.
• Develop & coordinate trainings.
• Administer the Corporate Important Documents Files.

- Review all documents for proper categorization and signatures.
- Filing, locate and retrieve documents.

• Review POAs and arrange for the filings to incorporate, qualify, amend charters, reorganize, merge, liquidate and dissolve the Company's affiliates and maintain filings as required.
• Coordinate third party service provider relationship.
• Document preparation utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Custodian of corporate seals and corporate documents of entities.
• Assist General Counsel & legal counsels for other legal matters across Asia.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
This position requires an undergraduate degree in laws from a reputable law school;
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in law firms or law department of MNCs;
Strong oral and written communication skills (both Chinese and English);
Strong legal analytical skills;
Detail oriented, organized, time sensitive, customer focused, quick learner and a strong team player;
Must be able to work independently and multi-task;
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
A high regard for confidentiality;
Admittance to PRC bar is preferred.
