岗位职责：

1.协助培训发展经理，根据零售年度培训计划，开发和制作BA培训课件，协助团队负责人搭建完整的课件库；

2.根据不同渠道&客户的特定培训需求，开发和制作各种培训课件；

3.维护e-learning平台的在线课程；

4.协助完成部门的各种培训检核工作；

5.作为培训讲师，辅助支持部分客户的大型集训&会议宣讲；

 

岗位要求：

1.有丰富的FMCG行业中美妆或个护品类的零售培训工作经验；

2.熟悉行业现状，了解零售团队特性；

3.有成熟的培训课件制作能力，PPT为必要，若有社媒软文、小视频、H5等制作经验则更好；

4.有亲和力，沟通、学习及创新能力强，有较强的工作时间把控能力。
