Title: Senior BD manager (工作地点：深圳或上海）

Job Description:

1.To setup and manage BD team focusing on domestic logistics services for the IT-high tech and high value goods industry. Main services sold are 3PL warehousing and distribution from one of our 40+ warehouses, direct to retail (warehousing and transportation management)

2.Create marketing and sales plan, identify target markets, clients and develop client specific solutions

3.Identify valuable marketing opportunities and sell bundled logistics services by creative solutions based on arvato's core competence to the targeted clients;

4.Build up and maintain good relationship with key market player & potential clients, secure new clients and new contracts;

5.Responsible for answering RFP/RFQ, quotations during the bidding process and to secure the contracts successfully;

6.Entrepreneur, independent worker and team player with internal operation team to serve clients, aiming at excellent quality and high customer satisfaction.

7.Target clients are both local and international companies.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above

2.Experience (3+ years) with international sales and account management and proven success in business development.

3.Either 3PL or industry backgrounds a must. Industry: 3C – High tech industry sales mgr, channel manager, or senior sales manager for a 3 PL focused on DOMESTIC logistics

4.Sales background and professional enough to deal with high level & international clients.

5.Proven record of solution and service selling skills for formal bidding skills (RFP/RFI/RFQ), preferred if having experience with major Consumer Electronics, FMCG, luxury, telecom or Automobile Industry operators and a demonstrably successful career to date

6.Fluent spoken and written English

7.Strong presentation skills a must

8.Located in Shanghai or Shenzhen, flexible to travel domestically
