Main Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and respond to customer requests/complaints
• Provide customers with product information
• Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved
• Complete call logs and reports, sharing with QM and BDF/HUM
• Follow-up insurance reimbursement
• Recognize, document and alert the company of trends in customer calls
• Recommend process improvements
• Provide on-the-job training for sales about customer compliant
• Other duties as assigned

Qualification:

• Above 3 years experience in customer service or related function
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Resilience, flexible and strong service consciousness

Education & Language

• Bachelor degree or above
• Good reading and written English
