Duties and Responsibility工作职责

1.Analysis compensation and benefit survey and obtain necessary information to prepare compensation and benefit proposal and budget

分析相关需求并获取有效信息以提供意见和建议

2.To analysis and review the salary budget , should report to HR manager to approve

分析汇总薪资预算并报人力资源部经理审批

3.To study, review and standardize the job title in the region

分析并规范各职位名称

4.Prepare headcount & movement report monthly according to manpower situation in the region

根据人员情况汇总制作人员编制及变动月报表

5.To complete payroll calculation every month in the region

按时完成薪资核算

6.Ensure staff benefit administration, including Retirement Fund; Medical Insurance; Housing Allowance; Staff Holidays, etc

确保员工养老保险、医疗保险、住房公积金、年假等福利工作的按时完成

7.Prepare the salary review in all regions by the end of each year, and summary the salary range of current staff to HR manager

制作年度薪资报告连同现有员工薪资标准汇报至人力资源部经理

Personal Qualities &Qualifications 个性品质及任职资格

1.University/College degree holder

本科或专科学历

2.2-3 years C&B managerial position holder in chained retail company

2-3年连锁零售企业薪资福利管理岗位工作经验

3.Creative thinking

有创新精神

4.Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with details

良好的分析能力，耐心细致

5.Good ability in organization and leadership, good team spirit

良好的组织和领导能力，良好的团队合作精神
