1.Member of APAC C&B, responsible for the Compensation & Benefit planning, development, communication and implementation of the Total Rewards policies and programs for Henkel APAC
2.Support of C&B practices across all Business Units in Henkel APAC where appropriate
3.Work on the development, implementation and communication of C&B related programs including policies, procedures, practices, budget plan and programs by leading by regional and corporate Compensation & Benefit teams.
a.Review existing C&B programs to ensure they are competitive and align with market practices;
b.Identify gaps or issues in existing C&B practices for continuous improvement;
c.Ensures compensation and benefits programs are in compliance with local government regulation as well as the execution in compliance with Henkel Standards
d.Implement the corporate C&B initiatives into APAC to ensure the consistency throughout the organization.
e.support annual programs review which is inclusive of Annual Salary Round, Performance Incentive Plan, Salary Band Review etc.
4. Manage the compensation & benefits survey process and special study regarding market norms and practices. Study and analyze data input result and provide recommendation to the company in preparing annual compensation and benefit review processes.
5. Partner with local/regional HR business partners to provide sound recommendations and advice based solutions ensure consistency and competitiveness in compensation & benefit programs.Provide consultative advice to local HR in communicating and implementing C&B programs and policies to support the business growth.
6. Offer Proposal and Communication for localization, Executive and HR cases"

- Total 1-3 years working experience
- Strong Excel skills/presentation PPT skills
- Around 2 years’ experience in HR Consulting firm
- English fluent
