Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the customer base both internally and externally.
Maximizes customer satisfaction in an effort to grow sales revenue.
Effectively manage customer conflict, and assists in the identification and resolution of quality discrepancies while maintaining a close relationship with customers and representatives.
Helps coordinate additional resources as required (technical, product management, sales management among others
主要要求：
Bachelors' degree in Polymer or Chemistry
Minimum of One (1) year work experiences
Excellent in English and Chinese Mandarin communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office applications
A good team-player
